Delivery Policy & International Orders
Local Delivery Fee: A $12.50 minimum delivery fee applies to every local order (may vary by distance/area). A $6.95 service fee applies to all orders outside our local delivery area.
- Same-Day Cutoff: U.S. orders received before 12:00 noon in the recipient’s time zone are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the next business day.
- Timed Deliveries: We always do our best to honor requested times; however, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Sunday Deliveries: We are unable to guarantee Sunday delivery. Orders requesting Sunday delivery will arrive on the next business day.
- Rural/Cemetery Deliveries: Rural route or cemetery deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
- International Orders: Please call our team at (800) 822-3845. International orders cannot be placed online and may include additional fees.

Order Requirements & Limitations
- All orders must include the sender’s name, address, and phone number on the invoice.
- All orders must include the recipient’s name, address, and phone number on the invoice.
- Anonymous card messages are permitted; however, the sender’s name may be released upon verified request.
- We will not deliver items not purchased at Spedale’s Florist.
- We will not deliver money or third-party gift cards included with an order.
- We will not deliver alcohol-based products or beverages.
- If delivering a personal container (vase/basket) supplied by the customer, the sender must sign a release acknowledging Spedale’s is not responsible for that item.
Substitutions & Refunds
We strive to match your selected design and color palette. If a specific flower or container is unavailable, a comparable substitution of equal or greater value will be made to maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
- Freshness Guarantee: We stand behind the quality and freshness of our flowers. If there’s an issue, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
- Quality Concerns: Please provide a photo and order number when possible; this helps our design team assess and resolve quickly.
- Refunds/Redeliveries: Resolutions may include a redelivery, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstance.
